Business Details: Shop name, business address, and store descriptions.
Location Data: Precise physical location of your shop to help customers find you on the map.
Content: Photos and videos you upload for product listings and store statuses.
Device & App Activity: Device IDs, crash logs, and app performance diagnostics for technical support.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used primarily for:

Facilitating account management and secure login (OTP).
Connecting your store with customers in the Getzio user application.
Improving app performance and fixing technical issues.
Providing customer support and order updates.

3. Information Sharing

We share specific business data (Store Name, Address, Location, Products, and Statuses) with users of the Getzio main application to enable them to browse and order from your shop. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Security

We implement strict security measures, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, to protect your information from unauthorized access.

Account & Data Deletion

We respect your right to be forgotten. If you wish to delete your Getzio Partner account and all associated data, you can do so by contacting us.

Process: Send an email from your registered email address with the subject line "Request Account Deletion" to:

Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and data within 7 business days.
