The platform monitors KPI metrics including sales, revenue, orders, active users, database usage, server health, customer growth, team performance, and AI-powered business predictions. We do not sell, trade, or distribute your personal data to external advertisers or third-party marketing agencies.

• Authentication Data: Your phone number is securely processed via Firebase Authentication to authenticate your device and send secure one-time passcode (OTP) verification codes.
• Operational Analytics Metrics: All sales data, active user figures, team performance indicators, and database statuses are securely read and cached locally on your device in a sandboxed, encrypted Hive storage layer.
• Telemetry & Diagnostics: Technical statistics such as your device OS version (iOS/Android), application crash logs, and network API latency metrics are processed to optimize backend server efficiency.

We process your data strictly to enable features, maintain security, and optimize server health:

A. User Registration & Safety

To use Getzio Insights, you must authenticate through a valid phone number via OTP code verification. You are entirely responsible for keeping your local device access secure. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or verification attempts.

B. Intellectual Property

All app structures, visual vector elements (such as neon sparkline charts, custom painters, and 3D hologram simulations), visual themes, branding, and codebase layouts are the exclusive intellectual property of Getzio.

C. Service Limitations & Liability

Getzio Insights is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that dashboard updates, database metrics, or server health tracking will remain completely free of network-induced lag or outages. Getzio holds no liability for business decisions made based on AI-powered analytics forecasts.
